It is designed specially for all kinds of dangerous,corrosive,flammable,pyrophoric and poisonous media such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC'S),Hazardous Liquefied Gas(HLG),Hazardous Air Pollutants(HAP)etc.It is commonly used in industries like petrochemicals,chemical fibre textile,plastic textile,plastic papermaking,electric power steel smelting,printing rubber and food process.
Metal bellows welded to the stem and bonnet provide a continuous metallic barrier between the process fluid and the atmosphere to achieve zero emissions.For added security there is also a stuffing box above bellows for secondary sealing.The metal bellows are all hydroformed multi wallde structure which ensures them of 10000 full cycles at the maximum pressure for the valve. Moreover,all bellows can be equipped with a leak ***ection port for continuous monitoring to satisfy customer's special requirements. |
