It is designed as DIN 3357 standard,has co***ct structure.Valve body is shell mould cast(DN15-150)or sandbox cast(DN200-300)precisely,it has high strength,high rigidity,and it is ***ected strictly as DIN 1690 standard,100% ultrasonic non destructive inspected to avoid the possible defect.
¡õ Non maintained seat
Bidirectional seal,high performance and long life.Its material is glass fibre reinforced PTFE,allowable media temperature range is 50℃£ +230℃.Valve seat'semission rate is 1st grade of DIN3230 standard,it means zero emission.
¡õ Non maintained packing
When media temperature or pressure change,saucer-shaped spring can make up contraction or expansion of the packing automatically and regulate the load on packing,so that attain the best stem sealing effect.
